Me, Sam & Jayne were in Birmingham shopping & decided to go for lunch, we took ages deciding where to eat but eventually went to Ed's Easy Diner in Selfridges as none of us had been before, there is usually an hour or so wait for a table but luckily we managed to get in straight away. Its decorated in an all American diner way, typical red black and white booths and floor. They do a massive menu with lots of choice such as, hamburgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs and combo plates. They do these amazing milkshakes as well with so many different flavours; Coffee, Butterscotch, Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana, Mint Chocolate, Oreo Cookies & they do alcoholic shakes!
We decided just to have one course & I went for;
I went for the Chicken Club Burger which was £6.75 and was served with bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. For my side I decided to go for Sweet Potato Fries for £3.95 instead of normal chips as I love sweet potato!
I thought this was average to be honest, the sweet potato fries were the best part! I didn't think the Chicken Burger was amazing but it was nice and incredibly filling as you got a lot of toppings which is good as burgers can be stingy sometimes on the toppings! Over all this is a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and the food isn't cheap but its good for a lunch time whilst shopping!
