Zizzi's, Worcester 14/11/13

A new restaurant today, somewhere I have never eaten before. This time in Worcester. Me and a couple of the girls decided to get lunch before lecture, they suggested Zizzi's as we get 25% off student discount and they said its yummy. The restaurant itself was lovely, very modern and bright with fresh food placed everywhere around and an open kitchen, the food smelt so good and I couldn't wait to try it as its Italian and I love Italian food.

Homemade Dinner, Fish Platter 10/11/13

Yes, cooking again! This time I decided to go very inventive and made a fish platter, it took hours to prepare and cook but minutes to devour-as it was SO yummy!

Fish Platter: smoked salmon parcels, salt and pepper prawns, whitebait, smoked mackerel pate served with bread and salad.

Cafe Rouge, Birmingham 9/11/13

I'm sorry guys, I'm so behind on my food blog! Still on the start of November and got many to do still. I promise I will catch up.

This time mum, dad and I had been to the BBC Studio Tour to look round in the daytime and we were all starving when we came out so decided to go for lunch somewhere near by. We eventually agreed to go to Cafe Rouge. They offer a very reasonable priced lunch time prix fix menu so we knew it wouldn't be toooo expensive.

The Curry Republic, Henley in Arden 7/11/13

This night-mum, dad and I went to a curry house where we live in Henley in Arden; The Curry Republic. We rarely go to this curry house but wen have heard so many good things and we decided to go this particular night.

The place is so nice, its quite a small restaurant with not many tables but its very modern with an open kitchen at the back.

The Boot, Lapworth 6/11/13

This particular restaurant I've always wanted to try, I've been to most of Paul's 'Lovely Pubs' but I've never been to The Boot, even though its only down the road from me!  Jayne and I decided to go for a late dinner after Jayne finished work. We didn't get there till about 8.15 and they were so busy, we asked for a table for 2 and we got the last table in the place! The waiter explained that we could experience a wait for our food as they had a massive party out the back, that was okay with us so we looked at the menu whilst the waiter got our drinks. The menu was SO nice, all the choices sounded so good-it was very difficult to decide. They offer up to 15 starters, 10 mains and up to 7 desserts-SO much choice.

Home-Cooked Fish Lasagne 4/11/13

Yes, cooking again. I can't get enough!

Fish Lasagne served with Garlic Bread

This dish was a meal on the menu at The Fleur De Lys- where I worked and I really wanted to try it! I found a recipe online and made it.. very glad I did!
