Giggling Squid, Stratford Upon Avon 01/04/14

Today's blog post is a lovely little Thai place in Stratford-Upon-Avon; The Giggling Squid Jayne had been once or twice before and we decided to go with Sam and our other friend Liv to celebrate my new job. Yes- new job! Exciting huh?! I have a job as a PR Executive/Journalist. My dream job and I got it! This was a perfect place to come to celebrate.

It is on the main road in Stratford just off Sheep Street; its not a massive place but its very modern and bright inside- its incredibly clean and welcoming. You walk in and straight away a waitress is there to greet you and show you to the table, we ordered our drink and sat reading the menu.

Wow- so much choice and it all sounded delicious. It isn't cheap but Thai's never are. But we were celebrating so why not?!

Loch Fyne, Knowle 20/06/14

Another favourite restaurant of mine Loch Fyne in Knowle, my boyfriend Tom had never been before and I knew he would love it so we decided to go on a Friday night after a lovely spa day with Jayne.

As always, the restaurant is so clean and tidy and the service is brilliant. We were shown to our table quickly and asked for drinks straight away, they came very promptly so we could have our drinks whilst looking at the menu. The menu has SO much choice and it is always hard to decide what to eat as it all sounds so yummy.

We decided to have starters and mains and skip dessert (trying to be healthy!)

I'm back.. Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea, Oxford Street, Sanderson HotelJanuary 4/01/2014 & 19/06/2014

Hey again guys! I know I've been gone a while but I was concentrating on University work and my dissertation and haven't had time, but now I'm back and will be writing regular blog posts again. I know you've missed me!

So, I'm starting again with a big one-for my best friend, Jaynes Christmas present I bought her a day trip to London and paid for us to go to the Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea @ The Sanderson Hotel on Oxford Street and we both loved it so much, I decided to book it again for my other friend, Faiths 21st birthday present. It is the best afternoon tea I have ever been to and it was brilliant from start to finish-the hotel from the outside doesn't look like much but inside- wow! It is beautiful.
