We had been to my friends Bingo Event in Birmingham and it didn't finish till after 9 and Me, Jayne and our friend Andy were starving so as we only round the corner from Brindley Place we decided to find somewhere to eat there. As everywhere was starting to stop serving as it was almost 10 by the time we got out we found Carluccio's which is a famous chef; Antonio Carluccio restaurant chain. We went in and it was pretty busy but luckily we managed to get a table, we went straight to mains as it was getting late.

Saltimbocca Di Pollo which was Pan Fried Chicken Breast wrapped in Parma Ham and a little sage with Pesto Potatoes however I changed from Pesto Potatoes to Rosemary Potatoes as I'm not too keen on pesto. This was yummy! As you can see the portion wasn't massive which I actually like especially as it was late at night, the chicken was cooked perfectly and went so well with the parma ham and the potatoes. This was a gorgeous well and all the parts complimented each other so well and it wasn't dry as chicken can sometimes be.
Over all this was a gorgeous main and I would definitely return to this restaurant!
